Service Guarantee

We stand behind the services we provide. If you are not 100% satisfied, please notify us within 7 days of your service. We will work with you and the original stylist to achieve your desired outcome.

Please note, color services can only be guaranteed if Aveda products are used for aftercare.

Deposit Policy

Some Services require a deposit to hold your appointment time (i.e. spa days and parties). Deposits will be determined by the total amount of the services booked. All deposits are held until the time of your service, and will be applied to your service total.

In the event that you should need to cancel or reschedule your service(s), we require a 48-hour minimum notice (7 Days for wedding parties). If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours ( 7 days for wedding parties), you forfeit your deposit.

All Body Wrap Services require a $50 deposit. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you forfeit your deposit.

All Deposits are Non- refundable. Your deposit will be put towards your service.

No Show Policy/ Late Policy

Total Image requires clients to give at least a 24 hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the service or a client does not show up to their appointment ("No Shows"), we will do our best to get you rescheduled with your stylist. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours or "No Show" twice, you will be required to put a deposit down to secure your next appointment. All deposits will be applied to your service total.

In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late for your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment, or you may receive an abbreviated service.

Retail Sales/ Gift Card Policy

Products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. If a product was purchased during a promotion or on discount, you can exchange the product for something of equal value. Expired promotions or discounts cannot be applied to other products when you are returning a product purchased during a promotion or discount period.

All Gift Card Sales are Final. If you purchase a gift card for a specific service, that price will be honored for 6 months. After 6 months, if the service price has changed, the card holder will be responsible for the price difference. Gift cards purchased before February 2, 2020 are no longer valid.
